How to Use Parking Meters

1) A user parks the car at a vacant parking place.

2) The user inserts coins into the corresponding meter to buy parking time. The meter automatically calculates the parking time that can be offered to the user according to the amount of the inserted coins, and begins to count down immediately.

3) If the user inserts more than one coin, the screen will display a message to prompt the user to input a coin-refunding password within 10 seconds after all coins are inserted. If the user fails to input the password within 10 seconds or fails to confirm it within 20 seconds after the input, the meter will, by default, regard no password is set. If the user does not set the coin-refunding password, the meter will make no refund but will collect all inserted coins into the coin box.

4) If the user sets a coin-refunding password, the meter will prompt him of the sum to be refunded when the user comes to take his car. After the user input the preset coin-refunding password, the meter will refund the unused coins to the user.

5) If the user does not make payment for his parking the LED light will remain RED.
